1. Services Provided: Tawaqly connects customers with cleaning service providers who clean cars at the customer’s location. The customer submits a request, including car details, location, and preferred service time, and a provider is assigned to complete the service.

2. User Responsibilities:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using Tawaqly’s services, including your car details, location, and preferred time for the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring the location where the cleaning service will be performed is accessible to the service provider.
• You must not misuse the service, violate applicable laws, or engage in any fraudulent activity.

3. Booking and Payment:

• Once you submit a request, Tawaqly will assign a nearest provider based on location and availability.
• Payment will be processed at the time of booking, and you will be charged based on the service fee specified before confirming the request.
• Tawaqly reserves the right to change service fees at any time with notice.

4. Service Completion:

• The provider will perform the cleaning service as requested and will take before and after photos to assess the quality of the service.
• After service completion, Tawaqly will assess the cleanliness of the car based on photos and provide a rating. If the cleanliness rating is below an acceptable threshold, you will receive a refund to your wallet.

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations made at least one day before the scheduled service will result in a full refund.
• Cancellations made within three hours before the scheduled service will result in a 70% refund of the paid amount.
• Cancellations made within one hour or less before the scheduled service will not be refunded.

6. Limitation of Liability: Tawaqly is not responsible for any damage to property or injury that may occur during the service. Providers are independent contractors, and Tawaqly does not assume liability for their actions.

7. Modification of Terms: Tawaqly may update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the website or app. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
