Refund Policy

Tawaqly provides customers with the ability to cancel bookings under certain conditions. Please review the following refund and cancellation policies carefully.

1. Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least one day (24 hours) before the scheduled service time, you will receive a full refund.

2. Partial Refund (70%): If you cancel your booking within three hours before the scheduled service time, you will receive a 70% refund of the amount paid.

3. No Refund: If you cancel your booking within one hour or less before the scheduled service time, no refund will be issued.

4. Refund to Wallet: In cases where a service is deemed unsatisfactory after completion (based on the cleanliness rating determined from before and after photos), the amount will be refunded to your Tawaqly wallet for use in future bookings.

5. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction or credited to your wallet within a reasonable period.
